1. Acceptance

By using this website, the cost calculator, the insights library or the client portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Nature of the information provided

The content on this website, including insights, regulatory updates and service descriptions, is general information about establishing and operating in India's International Financial Services Centre. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for an engagement. Regulatory positions at GIFT City change; content is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date of publication only.

3. Cost calculator and estimates

Outputs from the cost calculator and any indicative proposal generated from it are estimates prepared on the basis of the inputs you provide. They are not offers, quotations or commitments, and they exclude statutory fees, regulatory charges, third-party costs and taxes unless expressly stated. A binding fee applies only once set out in a signed engagement letter or letter of authority.

4. No advisory relationship until engaged

Submitting an enquiry, using the calculator or corresponding with us does not create an advisory or client relationship. A relationship begins only when scope, fees and responsibilities are agreed in writing and any onboarding and verification requirements are satisfied.

5. Client portal use

Portal access is granted to named users on an engagement. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of documents and information you upload. You must not upload material you are not entitled to share, or anything containing malicious code.

• Do not share your login with anyone outside your organisation.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We may suspend access where necessary to protect the security of the platform or where an engagement ends.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, interfere with its operation, scrape or systematically extract content, or use the site to send unsolicited communications or unlawful material.

7. Intellectual property

The site, its design, the GIFT City Gateway name and marks, insights content, frameworks and calculator logic are our property or licensed to us. You may read, download and share our published insights for internal, non-commercial reference with attribution. You may not republish, resell or create derivative commercial products from them without written permission.

8. Third-party links and services

We link to regulators, authorities and third-party resources for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the website or reliance on general content published on it. Liability in respect of a signed engagement is governed exclusively by that engagement letter.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the website and portal available and secure, but we provide them on an as-available basis and may modify, suspend or withdraw features, including for maintenance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gandhinagar, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes and contact
